Hiding and revealing rules

Any rule can be revealed and hidden temporarily, enabling the user to focus on a particular section of the decision table.

Editing in the development environment

With a so-called, temporary “scrapbook”, the functionality of the customary development environment can be used.

Through the use of links (hyperlinks), it is possible within LF‑ET to re­fer to other decision tables, files and folders.

Number of backup copies

The number of backup copies of a decision table can be set freely.

Saving decision tables as Excel files

If a decision table is to be shared with people who have no access to LF‑ET, the decision table can be saved in Excel format.

Switch sorting using double-click

Double-clicking the ID of a condition or action sorts the rules in ascending order on the basis of the values of that condition or action. Each additional double-click on the ID reverses the sorting.
