Generation options for data-driven test cases

If test data are used du­ring test case generation, it can happen that more than one data set is suitable to generate a specific test case. This option can be used to generate extra test cases as per the procedure "Data-driven testing".

This extra option is only available if the use of test data has been activated in the dialog fields above.

Table name

It specifies which data tables should be searched for further suitable data sets.

Limit

It specifies the maximum number of data-driven data sets may additionally be generated for a recommended test case.

The default setting is 5 data sets.
