BackupHistoryFolder

<foldername> = The name of the folder, e.g. Backups, where the backup copies should be stored

It must be a direct subfolder of the decision table folder

If the folder does not exist yet, it will be created automatically, already existing backup copies for the decision table in the DT folder will be moved to the new folder automatically

In case of any problems, the user will receive a detailed error message and the folder specification will be ignored, i.e. the backup files will be stored in the decision table folder
