New option: SheetCompact

For a list of conditions and actions a second Excel sheet can optionally be created in which the list is presented in a compact form which should, in particular, support communication in the functional area.

BUGFIX: Under certain circumstances color definitions for specially tagged text sections (TaggedTextColumns) are ignored and text sections are simply presented in black and white.
