Delete

Select the condition or action to be deleted.

There are several ways to delete a selected condition or action:

Using the menu bar

  • Select the Delete from the Edit menu.

Using the symbol bar

  • Click Delete 01 in the toolbar.

Using the context menu

  • Right-click and select Delete from the context menu.

Using keyboard shortcut

  • Use the CTRL+X keyboard shortcut to delete the selected condition or action and copy it to clipboard.

Notes on deleting

  • You cannot delete individual cells. Only whole rows can be deleted.

  • Deletion takes into account the minimum size of a decision table: 1 condition with at least 2 values, 2 actions or one action with at least 2 values and 2 rules. Deleting conditions or actions is only enabled if after deleting

    • at least one condition is still present and

    • there remain at least two actions or one action with at least two values.
