No ELSE rule

Departing from international standards ELSE rules are not allowed in LF‑ET and are considered an error: Rule has no condition entries.

The standards allow the so-called ELSE rule which only displays irrelevance indicators for the conditions and at least one entry for the actions. If the current system state does not correspond to any rule, the ELSE rule handles this case.

Such a decision table, however, cannot be checked for completeness, hence no ELSE rules are allowed in LF‑ET. That is why LF‑ET supports automatic addition of missing rules.
